This in-depth Nutrition Assessment is crucial to know your medical history and food habits. You will be required to fill up a food diary for 3-4 days and a short questionnaire. During the first part of the consultation, you will be asked about your symptoms, medical history, and food choices. In the second part of the consultation, I will go through your food choices with you, and together, we will prepare a 7-day food plan appositely customized for you.
